Hey there! I’m Percice, a business startup and funding coach, a Realtor, Real Estate Investor, Airbnb superhost, and simply put a serial entrepreneur!

Over the years I’ve had my fair share of failed business ventures including a catering business where i lost thousands of dollars because i didn’t know what i was doing and wasn’t equipped with tools, knowledge, resources and above all a mentor!

The good thing about failing is that you learn from it, no matter how much it stings. Those failed businesses helped me build thick skin and served as learning opportunities that pushed me to develop a new approach to entrepreneurship. From these painful experiences, I came up with proven systems and procedures to ensure future success.

From my failed businesses I have gone on to start and manage several successful six figure businesses including a professional shopping business, a real estate management and investment firm with several rentals (including Airbnbs) and a consulting firm.

My mission is to inspire, support and empower others on their entrepreneurial journey and to show them that if I could do it, they can too! Through hard work, dedication and following a clear plan they too can have their own success stories.

Learn how to become the best version of yourself as an entrepreneur.

While I didn’t have a mentor when starting out, you don’t have to go at it alone and make costly mistakes, or spend enormous amount of time trying to figure things out on your own. Yes, I’ve been there too: googling everything and using Youtube University as well. I cannot tell you how time consuming this all was; trying to sift through the wealth of information available. Did I mention how overwhelming it all was?

Instead, invest in a mentorship program that will help you: set realistic goals, properly structure your business, build business credit and get funding, conduct market research & competitor’s research, gain clarity on who your target audience is, improve your product/service offering and create a marketing plan. Invest in mentorship because it provides you with an accountability partner that will help you stay the course even when things get tough and you want to give up! Getting mentored also saves time by fast-tracking you to your desired outcome.

Having a mentor indeed is one of the most beneficial decisions a business owner can make.

An article by the U.S. Small Business Administration, states that a survey by UPS confirms the importance of mentorship citing “70% of small business owners that received mentoring survived five years or more compared to non-mentored ones.” Furthermore, an Entrepreneur Magazine article also states that 80% of business owners who had a coach or mentor reported long term success, growth, and business revenues compared to non-mentored businesses.
